Born on January 4, 1983 in Crown Point, Indiana.

In 1999, he became the guitarist and drummer for the top jazz bands in Valparaiso.

Was awarded the Purdue Jazz Competition's Outstanding Soloist Awards for his performance on guitar in 1999 and drums in 2000.

Co-wrote a percussion ensemble entitled Supernova '84 in 2000.  The piece was performed entirely on a 1984 Chevrolet Nova.

Composers he admires are Hans Zimmer, Alan Silvestri, Klaus Bedalt, Howard Shore, and James Newton Howard.

First film was Jake Bilinski's Mime.

Plays drums, guitar, bass, piano, and sings.

First and only guitar lesson was the day of his audition for the top jazz band.  He got the gig.

Favorite music artists are Muse, Silverchair, and Sarah Blasko.

Performed with Dominic Spera and Jamey Abersold.

Got started in music composition, by writing percussion solos for the ISSMA competition, when he was 12 years old.

Was percussion leader in high school.

Wrote cadences, while in high school, for the percussion group to perform.  They are still being performed since being written in 2000.
